Short answer: Open your portal dashboard; every section shows its status and completion percentage, and it moves to Complete once your teammate has marked it done.
How to check progress
Sign in and open the portal dashboard.
Look at the status and completion percentage shown against each of the nine sections. This is true for every section, including the two you can never delegate (Financials and Vision & Leadership), which show a locked chip since only you can see or edit those.
Note: Progress is real and saved, so what you see on the dashboard reflects what's actually been entered, not just an estimate.
How do I know when a teammate has finished?
A section's completion percentage and status tell you where things stand:
Answer-only sections (Financials, Team Development, Vision & Leadership, Optics & Finance) reach 100% simply by having every field filled in.
Collection sections (Your Products and Services, Systems & Tech, Client Journey, Team Rhythm, Your Team) cap at 90% even when fully filled in. They only show as Complete once your teammate has used the explicit "mark done" action inside that section, which then forces it to 100%.
So for collection-type sections, watch for the status to change to Complete rather than relying on the percentage alone; a section sitting at 90% may still be finished from the teammate's point of view but not yet marked done.
Tip: If a section has been sitting at 90% for a while, check in with the teammate you delegated it to and ask them to mark it complete once they're happy with it.
Warning: The "assigned to [name]" label you see next to a section is only held in your current session. After a reload or on another device, that label disappears and the row shows your own avatar again, even though the teammate you delegated it to still has access. The label is not a reliable record of who currently holds a section.
