Short answer: From the delegate panel, pick a section and send an invite to your teammate's email; they'll get a one-time sign-in link to complete just that section.
How do I invite my team to help?
You don't have to complete every section of onboarding yourself. As the owner, you can hand sections to your 2IC or any teammate so they fill in the parts they know best.
Open the section you want to delegate and find the delegate panel.
Enter the teammate's email address.
Send the invite.
Your teammate receives a single-use invite link by email. When they open it, they need to sign in with the exact email address the invite was sent to. If they sign in with a different account, they'll see a message telling them the invitation was sent elsewhere.
Note: Financials and Vision & Leadership can't be delegated. These two sections stay owner-only, always.
Warning: Invite emails are sent on a best-effort basis and occasionally don't arrive. If that happens, you'll see a warning with a Copy link option so you can share the invite manually (Slack, text, however works).
Once a teammate accepts, they get a short welcome flow of their own (not the full setup wizard) and land straight in the sections you've handed them. See Assigning sections to your team for more on choosing what to hand over.
Can several people work at once?
Yes. Multiple teammates can each work on their own sections at the same time, and everyone on the team can see the overall progress and completion percentage across all nine sections on the dashboard, even for sections they can't open themselves. The two owner-only sections show as locked, with a chip like "Only you" or "Never shared".
Tip: Progress is saved for everyone in real time, so there's no risk of two people overwriting each other's work as long as they're working on different sections.
One thing to keep in mind: the "assigned to" label you see next to a section is a temporary, on-screen detail. After a reload or on another device, that label can fall back to showing your own name, even though your teammate still has full access to the section. If you're unsure who's been invited to what, check with your team directly rather than relying on the label alone.
