How to get help
If something in the portal is not working as expected, contact the VLV team:
Note what you were doing, including the section you were in (for example, Your Team or Systems & Tech) and what you expected to happen.
Start a chat with the button in the bottom-right of this Help Center, or email [email protected].
Describe the issue, and a member of the VLV team will follow up.
Tip: The more detail you can give (which section, which field, what you clicked), the faster the team can help. If you saw an error message, include its exact wording.

Sign-in and access issues, including invitations sent to the wrong email
Fields or uploads that will not save
Questions about who can see or edit a section
Requests that are handled outside the app, such as exporting or deleting your organisation's data
