How to reach the VLV team if you are stuck in the onboarding portal.

How to get help

If something in the portal is not working as expected, contact the VLV team:

  1. Note what you were doing, including the section you were in (for example, Your Team or Systems & Tech) and what you expected to happen.

  2. Start a chat with the button in the bottom-right of this Help Center, or email [email protected].

  3. Describe the issue, and a member of the VLV team will follow up.

Tip: The more detail you can give (which section, which field, what you clicked), the faster the team can help. If you saw an error message, include its exact wording.

What the team can help with

The VLV team can help with things like:

  • Sign-in and access issues, including invitations sent to the wrong email

  • Fields or uploads that will not save

  • Questions about who can see or edit a section

  • Requests that are handled outside the app, such as exporting or deleting your organisation's data
