Completing Team Development

What to record in the Team Development section.

Written by Tim Lea

Short answer: The Team Development section captures whether your firm has a documented professional year process, a structured performance review cadence, and a structured pay scale for each role, with an option to upload your pay scale documents.

What goes in the Team Development section?

This section is short and answer-only, so it can reach 100% complete once every question is filled in. It asks about three areas of how your firm develops and reviews its people:

  1. Whether you have a documented Professional Year process.

  2. Whether you have a structured performance review cadence.

  3. Whether you have a structured pay scale for each role.

Team Development section in the onboarding portal with three yes/no questions and an upload option for pay scale documents.

Step by step

  1. Open Team Development from the section list.

  2. Answer "Do you have a documented Professional Year process?" with Yes or No.

  3. Answer "Do you have a structured performance review cadence?" with Yes or No.

  4. Answer "Do you have a structured pay scale for each role?" with Yes or No. If you answer Yes, an upload prompt appears: "Please upload the pay scale documents."

  5. If prompted, upload your pay scale document. Each upload slot accepts a specific set of file types, and files are capped at 25 MiB each, up to five files per slot.

Note: There is no Save button. Your answers save automatically a moment after you make a change.

Tip: If you do not currently have a formal process for one of these questions, answer No. You can come back and update your answer later if that changes.
